EMBA 2009级学员
I have been in IT business in various fields of hospitality since graduation, covering programming, administration, auditing, customer relations, project management, resource management, basically my job scope evolved from technical aspects to management ones. Often, by recollection of my career path, I asked myself the same questions, what’s missing, what I did right or wrong, how to escalate to the next level.

My initial understanding of an eMBA program was that it was more a social network than a learning ground. Through recommendation, I enrolled in the JiaoTong eMBA program and went through the orientation, entrance exam, team building prior to admission in late 2009, since then I have completed half of the courses. If I were asked again what an eMBA program is, I’d give a complete different answer. It is a platform of knowledge base and social network for future leaders and entrepreneurs, a place for people transcend themselves. Personally, what I benefitted most from the program is the know-how obtained to apply leadership to business to bring the best interest to the company, customer and colleagues.

I enjoyed every course I attended. If I must single out, I enjoyed the below ones the most, Leadership, Economics, Operations & Supply Chain Management.
