  • THE RESEARCH ON THE AUTO ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PATTERN UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF VALUE NETWORK CONSTRUCTION

    Abstract: Since the reform and open policy, the auto industry has developed rapidly, a number of international auto enterprises have built the joint ventures in china and some state-owned independent auto brands have also emerged. This paper analyses the three ways to cultivate the competitive advantages of the auto enterprises based on the analysis about the opportunities and challenges the domestic auto industry has faced, we think the value network construction is the most effective way to win the competitions and introduces the two development patterns of the domestic auto enterprises: the joint venture pattern and the independent pattern. In the second part of the paper, the writer explains the competitive advantages of the value network construction origins from two sources: the core competencies of the network members and the management capabilities of the value network. There are two kinds of members in the value network: one is the pilot enterprises serving as the leaders, the other is the module enterprises serving as subsidiary members. The pilot enterprises possess the technology standards, organization abilities, reputations, brands , market access, marketing channels, social capitals, customers and other resources, these resources unique and exclusive, it is essential for them to keep these resources to be the leader of the market, while as for the module enterprises, they usually possess the land, location, scale , labor force and other basic resources, they provide the simple products and services and takes the low-cost strategy. What they are considering first is usually about the existence rather than development, but with the fiercer competition in the auto markets, it is essential for them to think out how to fight a way to be sustainable development. In the last part of the paper, the writer introduces the example of FAW auto group, Geely auto group and the Daimler Chrysler auto group, the value network construction is of high importance in their development process. We hope these examples will offer reasonable references for the domestic auto enterprises to emphasize the value network construction and keep the sustainable competitive advantages.

    Abstract: In observation and investigation of acquisition process of the Company – Brookfield GRS China, used methodology of Client Relationship Manage (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to analysis the aspects that the Company have done well, as well the areas that the Company could improve itself on CRM strategy implementation during the integration. Two case studies of interviewing colleagues in different level of CRM communication with clients were used to explain and suggest how the Company could improve the operation of it’s CRM strategy, in order to build up long term relationship with key clients.

    Abstract: Pharmgering markets are the key driving factors for growth in pharmaceutical industry. Pharmerging markets are estimated to have an aggressive growth rate compared with some mature markets.
