    Abstract: This article is mainly about the research on the international marketing strategy of those Chinese enterprises, who are in installation-machinery field of glass deep processing industry and also in the progress entering in the overseas markets. Being through the related industry introduction, theory analysis and application of international marketing-strategy, it illustrates the necessity and inevitability rooting in the overseas markets for this kind of enterprises, and also lists the dilemma & strategy defects they are facing; meanwhile, it mainly cited NG as the representative for the actual studying; and finally provides the actual solutions or important reference for NG or those who are being in the process of international marketing.

    Abstract: Promotional Products is a category which is booming these years. China is the very important manufacturing base for the promotional products due to the low labor cost, whole supply chain and flexible business model. Staples Promotional Products (Abbreviated as SPP) is one of the biggest companies in this industry. And in recent years, Staples Promotional Products are increasing the rate of directly procurement from China. But as other big brands, SPP is facing the challenge of social responsibility what Staples group committed to the society. How to balance the cost reduction pressure with the social compliance conflict is what we are facing now. In this thesis, we stated the procurement process of Staples Promotional Products and analysis the detailed order process to figure out the process what we can improve to increase the performance of procurement. Not only include the product compliance but also cover the social responsibility performance. We systematically list the problems and challenges we meet and digs out the root cause of these problems. And also, in this thesis, addresses some good practices to solve or mitigate the problem. Give suggestion for the actions to improve the overall performance of the factory and keep the balance of the compliance and the economic needs. At last, illustrate the benefit from these actions and the new model what now we are trying to applied in the business.

    Abstract: Difficulties in financing is a major obstacle to restrict the development of technology-based SMEs in the high-tech park, and the lack of credit history of high-tech SMEs is the important reason for stint loans of credit institutions, and bank loans are one of the most importance ways in the loan financing of high-tech SMEs. Consequently this paper takes Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park as an example and selects the importance of establishment of credit systems and application of other products in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park in promoting the loans of SMEs .

    Abstract: Culture management is the critical element for the company to manage the multinational business for cross culture and cross board organizations. It is even more critical for the company after merger and acquisition with different culture background. This report compares the case study of a recent acquisition against the currents theories of Culture in modern organisations, Firm T, a UK background company, has been acquired by Firm G which is a Japanese company, , both have a long heritage and engrained cultures. After the merger and acquisition, there are lots of conflict and confusion due to culture difference. This article is using the mythology of a case study to research, analysis and recommend the solution on culture management.

    Abstract: Since China economy reform, the booming development of China economy gives a very deeply impact on the business all over the world. Overseas entrepreneurs are all putting their eyes not only on the simple GDP increasing but also on the large market development potential in China. The purpose of this thesis is related with what should we think and how to find the available strategy which could be implemented for China inflatable boat industry, specially when it is under a very complexity and fiercely competition situation, the same time also analyze what’s China local demands for inflatable boat fabrics and the market potential. Moreover, due to the financial Crisis of global business since 2008, it is directly showing the declining trend of inflatable boat exporting business by OEM trade mode in China, however, China local consuming inflatable boat market still in a very slowly increasing except the governments’ procurement for high quality inflatable boats which has begun to increasing obviously. At same time, key competitors are using lower-price strategy to enter into market. China inflatable boat market becomes very difficult to grow than before. So, this thesis will also try to make it understandable what’s the successful and sustainable leisure & professional inflatable boat market growth strategy and how to propel the Pennel&Flipo Sprl ORCA® CSM coated fabrics business growth for China local consumption and what’s strategies should be considered and implemented for this traditional rubber factory in China.

The purpose of this thesis is trying to analysis the development strategy of theme park projects in China by comparing 3 ongoing theme park projects which cooperate with famous overseas theme park brand. China is still an emerging market for theme park, 90% of domestic theme park projects are failure. It’s better for us to learn foreign successful business strategy and accumulate important experience by cooperating with famous foreign brand. I believe that Chinese theme park will have great potential and promising prospects in the future.

Investments have significantly grown and Chinese OFDIs towards Africa have been rising at an average yearly rate of 25% representing the fastest growth of any other Chinese OFDI destination. Due to its significant impact on the world economy, Sino-African relation has attracted the attention of major scholars and experts around the world.     Abstract: Along with the accelerated urbanization process and demographic change in the proportion of our country, the credit card business would grow rapidly. In many developed countries, credit card business is a major source of the banks’ profit. Each people in the developed countries have 4 credit cards, the urbanization population of China was about 600 million. If every citizen needs 1 card, at least China needs 600 million credit cards. Since Chinese credit card service has built up for 9 years, but each year the volume of credit card had been growth in the explosive, it can be foreseen the profit of credit card business will be expanded gradually. At present a lot of research on the credit card business is concentrated on competitive in the market and product strategy, it's rare for the customer value management research and the overall strategic planning.Therefore, readers could understand the importance of employer branding for recruitment.
